Benefits offered to students at Good Shepherd

Hot Lunch: Lunches are available through the public school hot lunch program and are served at Good Shepherd. Free and reduced lunch is available for qualifying families.
Busing: Students living in the District 77 area are bussed to school, as long as they live more than 1 mile from Good Shepherd (south of Highway 14).
Bookmobile: The Bookmobile from the Blue Earth County Library comes every two weeks.
Nurse: The public school nurse provides a yearly health screening, and other services as needed.
After School Care: For an additional fee, Good Shepherd students may stay as long as 5:30 p.m. for supervised activities.
Music: Instrumental music lessons are offered for 4th to 7th grades.
Extra curricular Sports: Upper elementary - 5th to 7th grade - students may join in intramural team sports through an arrangement with Immanuel Lutheran School, Courtland.
Rocket Club: Experience the fun and excitement of model rocketry. We meet the second Saturday of the month at church at 9 a.m..
